For the purpose of further strengthening of targeted social support of veterans of war and the labor front of 1941-1945, creating favorable conditions for strengthening of their health due to increase in level and quality of medical and sanitary and improving attendance:
1. Enter, since 2015, procedure according to which veterans of war and the labor front of 1941-1945 have the right once in year in the terms accepted for them free of charge to receive improvement rate in sanitary and improving organizations of the Agency on development of medico-social services of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Federation Council of labor unions of Uzbekistan and bodies of the public and economic board of the republic.
Determine that the cost of the permit for veterans of war and the labor front in sanitary and improving organizations becomes covered at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide in parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2015 and in the years ahead means for financing of expenses on improvement of veterans of war and the labor front.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Federation Council of labor unions of Uzbekistan and Nurony Fund:
in week time to determine the list of sanitary and improving organizations of the Federation Council of labor unions, bodies of the public and economic board in which improvement of veterans of war and the labor front at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan will be provided;
take measures for further strengthening of material and technical resources of sanitary and improving organizations and creation in them necessary conditions for ensuring full improvement of veterans of war and the labor front.
