About measures for streamlining of use in names and simvolika of legal entities of instructions on the official name of the state

1. Determine that instructions on official names "Ўзбекистон Respublikasi" and "Ўзбекистон", and also the words derivative of them having the right to use in the names and simvolika:
the legal entities created or the organization of activities of which is performed according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decisions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan if their names are directly provided in the relevant acts;
the state unitary enterprises and public institutions created by state bodies and the organizations of republican value, created according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
economic societies, in authorized fund (authorized capital) of which the state share exceeds 50 percent;
associations of legal entities of republican value;
republican non-state non-profit organizations, and also their separate divisions in which names full name of parent organization is specified;
the companies with foreign investments, on the basis of appeals of bodies of the public and economic board, public authorities on the places provided to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
