Paragraphs the first - the fifth Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 11, 1992 No. 698 "About enhancement of procedure of official journeys abroad" - with the changes made by resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 13, 1996 No. 648, of April 23, 1998 No. 553 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1998, No. 16, the Art. 604), of December 3, 2001 No. 1629 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2001, No. 49, the Art. 2202), of August 1, 2005 No. 665 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2005, No. 31, the Art. 1864) and of August 22, 2012 No. 809 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2012, No. 65, Art. 2670), to replace with paragraphs of the following content:
"1. Determine that the decision on official journey abroad is made in the relation:
The first vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine, vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine, the Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine - the Prime Minister of Ukraine;
ministers and their deputies, heads of other central executive bodies and their deputies, the Chairman, the first deputy, deputies and the state representatives of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and his deputies, chairmen of the regional, Kiev, Sevastopol city public administrations and their deputies - the First vice-Prime Minister of Ukraine, and also vice-Prime Ministers of Ukraine according to distribution of functional powers;
