1. Approve Rules of protection of power networks and constructions according to appendix.

2. SAC of Uzbekenergo together with the State inspection Uzgosenergonadzor to organize acquaintance of the population with Rules by the publication them in local mass media and editions of the corresponding posters.

3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, the ministries and departments control over the implementation of the specified Rules by the companies, the organizations and organizations subordinated to them performing works in the locations of power networks.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan Atayev V. Yu.

Rules of protection of power networks and constructions

I. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for the device, ensuring safety and operation in the conservation zone of power networks in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

2. Action of Rules extends to all lines of power networks, irrespective of their pattern of ownership and departmental accessory.

3. Rules are obligatory for execution by all legal entities and physical persons in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
