1. Approve Regulations of commission of experts on traffic jams according to appendix.
2. To provide to service of documentation publication of this order in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control on accomplishment of this order on the deputy minister Sergey Getsiu.

1. The commission of experts on traffic jams (further – the Commission) is created for establishment of compliance of traffic jams of the hard alcoholic beverages packed according to requirements of Article 1, of article 6 part (4) and articles 24 part (4-1) Laws No. 1100-XIV of 30.06.2000 on production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic products.
