About introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In appendix to the Regulations on creation, maintaining and use of single databank on the questions concerning drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors and also counteractions to their illicit trafficking approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of January 23, 2006 No. 31 "About creation, maintaining and use of single databank on the questions concerning drug trafficking, psychotropic substances and their precursors and also counteractions to their illicit trafficking" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 5, Art. 552; 2011, No. 26, Art. 3808):

a) in the subitem "z" of Item 2 "(retraining)" shall be replaced with words the word "(additional professional education)";

b) in the name of the Section VII "(retraining)" shall be replaced with words the word "(additional professional education)";

c) state Item 41 in the following edition:

"41. d) in Item 42 "(retraining)" shall be replaced with words the word "(additional professional education)";
