1. Note the unsatisfactory work SAC of Uzbekenergo, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, cities and areas, the ministries, departments, business entities which is carried out on reducing and liquidation of receivables on the heat and electric power.
