About modification of the Regulations on implementation of depository activity

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", parts five of article 20 of the Law of Ukraine "About depositary system of Ukraine", "About joint-stock companies" and for the purpose of settlement about payment of the income for securities of issuers in the form of means the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts five of article 30 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in Item 32 of Chapter 5 of the Section V of the Regulations on implementation of depository activity approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of April 23, 2013 No. 735, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 27, 2013 for No. 1084/23616, such changes:

replace paragraph two with ten new paragraphs of the following content:

"If terms of the contract about servicing of issues of securities between the issuer and the Central depositary it is provided by the Central depositary of implementation by the issuer of dividend payout (income) on securities in money, the issuer, the Central depositary, depository institutions and depositaries correspondents according to Rules of Settlement center and Rules and other internal documents of the Central depositary perform the following actions:
