Article 1

Bring in article 3 of the Federal Law of November 7, 2011 No. 306-FZ "About cash allowance of the military personnel and provision of separate payments by it" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 45, Art. 6336; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2014, No. 23, Art. 2930) following changes:
