About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About Bases of Protection of Public Health in the Russian Federation"

"Socially important" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 3 of Article 12 of the word "socially important";
"Medical care" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding the 2nd Article 18 of the word "medical care";
3) in Article 42:
a) state the name in the following edition:
"Article 42. Features of the organization of delivery of health care to separate categories of citizens";
b) add with part 3 following of content:
"3. Features of the organization of delivery of health care to persons holding the state positions of the Russian Federation, to persons replacing separate positions of Federal public civil service and to other persons are established by acts of the President of the Russian Federation and acts of the Government of the Russian Federation.";
4) in Article 83:
a) in paragraph one of part 6 of the word "specified in Article 42" shall be replaced with words "specified regarding 1 Article 42";
b) add with part 6.1 following of content:
"6.1. Financial provision of delivery of health care to persons specified regarding 3rd article 42 of this Federal Law is performed for the account:
1) budgetary appropriations of the federal budget;
2) means of compulsory medical insurance.".
