Bring in article 16 of the Federal Law of September 26, 1997 No. 125-FZ "About liberty of conscience and about religious associations" (The Russian Federation Code, 1997, No. 39, Art. 4465; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477) following changes:

"2. Church services, other religious practices and ceremonies are freely made:

in cult rooms, buildings and constructions, and also on the parcels of land on which such buildings and constructions are located;

in the buildings and constructions belonging to the religious organizations on the property right or provided to them on other property right for implementation of their authorized activities and also on the parcels of land on which such buildings and constructions are located;

in the rooms belonging to the religious organizations on the property right or provided to them on other property right for implementation of their authorized activities and also on the parcels of land on which the buildings having the respective rooms in coordination with owners of such buildings are located;

in rooms, buildings, constructions and on the parcels of land belonging on the property right or provided on other property right to the organizations created by the religious organizations;

on the parcels of land belonging to the religious organizations on the property right or provided to them on other property right;

in places of pilgrimage;

at cemeteries and in crematoriums;

in premises.";
