About entering of amendment into the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on the general education organization" of September 12, 2011 No. 541

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state strategy of anti-corruption policy of the Kyrgyz Republic and measures for anti-corruption" of February 2, 2012 No. 26, for the purpose of decrease in level of corruption manifestations in education system, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Standard regulations on the general education organization" of September 12, 2011 No. 541 the following amendment:

in the Standard regulations on the general education organization approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 62 with the paragraph third the following content:

"The employment contract for a period of up to 5 years, but no more than two terms in a row is signed with the director of the general education organization.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of education, culture and sport of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
