About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" concerning the place of stay and right to education
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Bring in the Law of Ukraine "About providing the rights and freedoms of citizens and legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2014, No. 26, the Art. 892, No. 27, the Art. 905) the following changes:
1. Add Article 6 with part four of the following content:
"4. According to the address of citizens of Ukraine who live in temporarily occupied territory or moved from it, in the place of their stay are drawn up and issued by the executive body realizing state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), including counteractions of illegal (illegal) migration, nationality, registration of physical persons, refugees and other categories of migrants determined by the legislation, the references confirming the place of their stay. Such references are issued to citizens in day of the address based on the passport of the citizen of Ukraine or other document to which according to the Law of Ukraine "About freedom of travel and the free choice of the residence in Ukraine" data on registration of the residence, and the written statement in which the address to which official mail can be handed to the citizen is specified are entered. At the same time data (mark) on the location of such person are not entered in its passport.
The sample and procedure for issue of the reference confirming the location, sample of the written application which is submitted by the citizen for receipt of the reference affirm the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of migration (immigration and emigration), including counteractions of illegal (illegal) migration, nationality, registration of physical persons, refugees and other categories of migrants determined by the legislation".
