Some questions of ensuring construction of engineering constructions for the purpose of strengthening of defense capability of the state

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. To the Ministry of Defence:

1) to direct 100000 thousand hryvnias at the expense of the funds allocated according to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 768 "About assignment from reserve fund of the government budget" for construction of engineering constructions for the purpose of strengthening of defense capability of the state;

To bring 2) in two weeks in coordination with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Regional Development, Construction and Housing and the Ministry of Finance of change in the list of the expenses connected with accomplishment of the specified order taking into account the subitem of 1 this Item;

3) to provide immediate construction of engineering constructions for the purpose of strengthening of defense capability of the state taking into account provisions of part four of article 34 of the Law of Ukraine "On regulation of town-planning activities";

4) tax till December 28, 2014 to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Public treasurer service the report on use of the means provided by the subitem of 1 this Item.
