According to subitem 17 of article 150 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation the Government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed list of consumable materials for scientific research which analogs are not made in the Russian Federation which import to the territory of the Russian Federation and other territories which are under its jurisdiction is not subject to taxation on value added.
2. To the ministry of science and the higher education of the Russian Federation together with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and federal state budgetary institution "Russian Academy of Sciences" annually to perform requirements analysis of the scientific and educational organizations in consumable materials for scientific research which analogs are not made in the Russian Federation, and if necessary to make offers on modification of the list approved by this resolution in the Government of the Russian Federation.
3. This resolution extends to the legal relationship which arose since October 1, 2014.
