About modification and amendments in some legal acts
This organic law is adopted based on provisions of article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament.
Art. I. – Article 4 of the Law No. 408-XV of July 26, 2001 on enforcement of the Section V of the Tax code (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments to add with parts (24) - (27) the following content:
"(24) In departure from article 30 of the Law No. 489-XIV of July 8, 1999 on the state system of social insurance, articles 194 and 229 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1994 and paragraph one of Item c) parts (9) the Law No. 408-XV of July 26, 2001 on enforcement of the Section V of the Tax code, till November 30, 2014 measures of forced execution of the tax liabilities and other payments in the national public budget (shortages and added in current period are not applied to producers and processors of vegetables, fruit and grapes), and also actions for suspension of transactions on bank accounts.
(25) In departure from article 228 of the Tax Code, article 30 of the Law No. 1593-XV of December 26, 2002 on the size, procedure and payment due dates of fees of compulsory medical insurance, article 10 of the Law No. 329 of December 13, 2013 on the budget of the national social insurance for 2014, since November 30, 2014 it is not applied the penalty fee on shortages before the national public budget existing as of Date of Introduction in operation of this law and also to the tax liabilities and other payments in the national public budget which payment due date falls on the period till December 1, 2014, in case of the delay allowed by producers and processors of vegetables, fruit, grapes.
(26) Actions for forced execution of the tax liabilities, and also actions for suspension of transactions on bank accounts initiated by tax authority stop till November 30, 2014.
