About creation, functioning and development of the integrated information system of foreign and mutual trade of the Customs union

The governments of state members of the Customs union within Eurasian economic community which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

based on the Constitutive treaty of Eurasian economic community of October 10, 2000, the Agreement on the Commission of the Customs union of October 6, 2007 and the Agreement on the Secretariat of the Commission of the Customs union of December 12, 2008,

based on the Agreement on creation of single customs area and forming of the Customs union of October 6, 2007,

for the purpose of creating favorable conditions to subjects of managing of the states of the Parties, ensuring effective regulation of foreign and mutual trade on single customs area of the Customs union, implementation customs, tax, transport and other types of the state control with use of information and telecommunication technologies, ensuring processes of economic integration, the organization of effective work of Interstate Council of Eurasian economic community (The Supreme body of the Customs union) and the Commission of the Customs union,

realizing that for achievement of these purposes broad use of information technologies when forming and functioning the Customs union is determining,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

The parties create and provide functioning, and also development of the integrated information system of foreign and mutual trade of the Customs union (further - System).
