About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 01.03.2016 No. 129

2. In paragraph four of Item 3.15 of Chapter 3 of the Section III of the Instruction on procedure for regulation of activities of banks in Ukraine approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of August 28, 2001 No. 368, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on September 26, 2001 for No. 841/6032 (with changes) to exclude the word "ezhedekadno".

3. To general economic department (Kovalenko A. I.) after official publication of the resolution registered in accordance with the established procedure to bring its content to the attention of territorial administrations and divisions of central office of the National Bank of Ukraine, banks of Ukraine, and also other financial institutions, the national operator of mail service of Ukraine to whom the general license of the National Bank of Ukraine for implementation of currency transactions, for use in work is provided.

4. To department of information technologies (Nagornyuk V. V.) to make corresponding changes to the software.
