The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Bring in Standard regulations on accounting service of the budgetary institution approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 26, 2011 No. 59 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 8, Art. 372; 2012, No. 85, the Art. 3458), changes which are applied.
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 6, 2014.

"1) to have the higher education of the corresponding professional direction on educational qualification level of the master, specialist (for candidates who graduated before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About the higher education" of July 1, 2014 No. 1556-VII) or not below the second level of the higher education on the corresponding educational degree of the master (for candidates who graduated after entry into force of the specified Law), length of service in at least five years, work experience on executive positions at least three years - for person applying for position of the chief accountant of budgetary institution to whom other budgetary institutions are subordinated;
