Make the following changes to part 3 "Rules of ensuring the state control of forming and application of rates (prices) to which state regulation is applied", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 30, 2005 No. 247 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2005, No. 12, Article 1246):
1. To give the second paragraph of Item 3.1 in the following edition and to cancel the third paragraph:
"The next and extraordinary state control are performed in cases and the procedure established by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of interests of entrepreneurs".
2. Give Item 3.4 in the following edition:
"3.4. Results of implementation of the state control are drawn up according to article 31 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "On regulation of the inspections which are carried out in the field of entrepreneurship and protection of interests of entrepreneurs".".
