Bring in the Procedure for entering by authorized persons into the budget of the value added tax from the taxation objects arising in connection with delivery by the companies of the rail transport of services in their main activities approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 2, 2011 No. 187 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 16, the Art. 675), changes which are applied.

The changes made to the Procedure for entering by authorized persons into the budget of the value added tax from the taxation objects arising in connection with delivery by the companies of rail transport of services in their main activities

1. In Item 3:

in the second offer of paragraph one of the word "body of the State Tax Service" shall be replaced with words "body of the public fiscal service";

word in paragraph four to "body of the State Tax Service" shall be replaced with words to "body of the public fiscal service".

2. In the paragraph the second Item 5 of the word "The procedure for execution of settlement and reporting documents when implementing sale of travel and carriage documents on rail transport approved by the order of Ministry of Transport and GNA of October 24, 2001 No. 712/431" to replace with the word "legislation".
