Rules of provision to oralmans of the parcels of land for individual housing construction

1. These rules establish procedure and conditions of provision to oralmans of the parcels of land for individual construction of housing (further - the parcel of land) according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Provision to oralmans of the parcels of land is performed on the right of temporary non-paid land use.

3. After acquisition by oralmans of nationality of the Republic of Kazakhstan the provided parcels of land pass into their private property according to the procedure and on the conditions established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. For receipt of the parcel of land oralmans submit the application to the relevant local executive body having power of provision of the appropriate rights to the parcels of land (daleemestny executive body).

5. Are specified in the statement for provision of the rights to the parcel of land:

1) surname, name and middle name (in case of its availability) the oralman;

2) residence;

3) availability or lack of the parcel of land;
