For the purpose of reduction of the Charter of the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic in compliance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About creation of the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" of June 2, 2012 No. 360 the following change:
to state Item 14 of the Charter of the state company "Kyrgyzkomur" under the Ministry of Energy and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in the following edition:
"14. The company is headed by the CEO appointed to position and dismissed by the Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic on representation of Fund for management of state-owned property under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Fund) from among persons offered by the Ministry.
The CEO is appointed to position for a period of two years, has the rights, obligations and bears responsibility according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Kyrgyz Republic, and acts on the basis of the this Charter and the employment contract signed with the Ministry.
The deputy director general is appointed to position and dismissed by Fund for representation of the Ministry.".
