About modification of the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", article 41 of the Law of Ukraine "About election of the president of Ukraine", article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About elections of People's Deputies of Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for opening and closing of customer accounts with banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Bring in Chapter 17 of the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on December 17, 2003 for No. 1172/8493 (with changes), the following changes:

Central Election Commission to add Item 17.8 after words with words ", district electoral commission";

Item 17.10 in paragraph one to replace the word "promulgation" with the word "announcements".

2. To department of payment systems and calculations (Kravets V. M.) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to bring contents of this resolution to the attention Operational, territorial administrations of the National Bank of Ukraine and banks of Ukraine for use in work.

3. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
