1. Take into consideration that on July 15, 2014 the Board of directors of Asian Development Bank (further - ABR) approves provision to the Republic of Uzbekistan of loan 300, by 0 million US dollars for implementation of the investment project "Construction of Two Steam-gas Installations by Capacity on 230 - 280 MW on Takhiatashsky Thermal Power Plant" with repayment period of 25 years, including grace period - 5 years.
2. Determine that:
the executive body responsible for target and effective use of loan of ABR, and also project implementation "The construction of two steam-gas installations by capacity on 230 - 280 MW on Takhiatashsky thermal power plant", is SAC of Uzbekenergo;
the expenses connected with repayment of loan of ABR, and also interest payment, markups, the commission and other expenses on it are performed at the expense of own means SAC of Uzbekenergo.
3. Authorize:
to sign the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan on behalf of the Republic of Uzbekistan the loan agreement with ABR, and also the agreement on loaning up of loan of ABR between the Republic of Uzbekistan and SAC of Uzbekenergo;
the chairman of the board SAC of Uzbekenergo to sign the project agreement with ABR.
4. To issue to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the established procedure the legal conclusion under the loan agreement between the Republic of Uzbekistan and ABR and the agreement on loaning up of loan of ABR between the Republic of Uzbekistan and SAC of Uzbekenergo.
