"3. In the territory of the Republic of Crimea and the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol of feature of regulation of the corporate relations regarding procedure for decision making about modification of constituent documents of the legal entities or other decisions which are the basis for introduction of these changes for the purpose of reduction by legal entities who took according to constituent documents the location of permanent executive body or in case of absence of permanent executive body - other body or person having the right to act on behalf of the legal entity without power of attorney, in the territory of the Republic of Crimea or the territory of the federal city of Sevastopol on the date of acceptance to the Russian Federation of the Republic of Crimea and education as a part of the Russian Federation of new subjects - the Republic of Crimea and the federal city of Sevastopol constituent documents in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (on condition of guaranteeing the rights of all participants (shareholders) such legal entities) can be established by regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Crimea and regulatory legal acts of the federal city of Sevastopol which are effective till January 1, 2015.
