Article 1

Article 2

Bring in the Federal constitutional Law of February 5, 2014 No. 3-FKZ "About the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 6, Art. 550; No. 23, Art. 2921) following changes:
