Article 1

"2.1. If the local government body of the municipality has no opportunity to post information on the staffing on the official site of the state information system in the field of public service, the specified information is placed public authority of the subject of the Russian Federation in which borders there is the respective municipality.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective since July 1, 2015.
