About delivery of health care to separate categories of persons

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that to citizens of the Russian Federation, to the faces consisting in nationality of the Donetsk People's Republic or the Luhansk People's Republic, to the citizens of Ukraine, persons without citizenship who were constantly living in the territories of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or Kherson region, which by force left the specified territories, and which arrived to the territory of the Russian Federation, except for the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region in the emergency mass procedure (further respectively - citizens, stateless persons), and also to the faces consisting in nationality of the Donetsk People's Republic or the Luhansk People's Republic, to the citizens of Ukraine, persons without citizenship living in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region or Kherson region before receipt of the policy of compulsory medical insurance by them or the interim certificate confirming execution of the policy and certifying the right to free rendering medical care to insured person by the medical organizations in case of loss occurrence, medical care is provided according to the Rules of delivery of health care to foreign citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 6, 2013 No. 186 "About approval of Rules of delivery of health care to foreign citizens in the territory of the Russian Federation" taking into account features, the stipulated in Item 2 presents of the resolution.
