1) in Article 14:

a) state part 12 in the following edition:

"12. The ratio of level of volume of sound of advertizing and level of volume of sound of TV program interrupted by it or the telecast is determined based on the technique of measurement of level of volume of sound of the advertizing in TV programs and telecasts approved by federal antimonopoly authority and developed on the basis of recommendations in the field of regulation of the sound signals in TV and radio broadcasting approved by the federal executive body performing functions on development and realization of state policy and normative legal regulation in the field of mass communications and mass media.
