About measures for ensuring timely servicing of loan of Asian Development Bank for the "Water Supply and Sanitation of the Surkhandarya Region" project

1. Take into consideration that according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 20, 2009 No. 79 "About measures for project implementation "Water supply and sanitation of the Surkhandarya region" with participation of Asian Development Bank":

the loan of the Asian Development Bank (ADB) in the amount of 19,36 of one million special rights of borrowings, with repayment period 32 years, including eight-year grace period is attracted;

during the investment period from 2009 to the I quarter 2014 interest payment on loan became covered at the expense of means of loan;

implementation of the expenses connected with repayment of loan and interest payment after the investment period (since II quarter 2014), is provided at the expense of means of production management of Suvokov of the Surkhandarya region, and in missing part - at the expense of means of the republican budget;

the feasibility statement on the "Water Supply and Sanitation of the Surkhandarya Region" project (further - the project) determines shares of covering of expenses by payment of principal debt and percent of loan of ABR at the expense of means of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and production management Suvokava of the Surkhandarya region.

2. To provide to the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan assignment from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in addition to means of production management of Suvokov for servicing of loan of ABR in shares according to the approved feasibility statement on the project it agrees приложению*.
