About approval of the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for use of electronic tax services according to appendix to this order.

2. To provide to management of information monitoring and development together with responsible divisions of the Main state tax authorities and GP "Fiscservinform" in accordance with the established procedure till 1.10.2014 the procedure of reduction in compliance of functionality of electronic tax services and provision of access rights by the tax employee of the Main state tax authorities and territorial state tax authorities.

3. To general management of administration of large taxpayers of GGNI and territorial BEND to provide to management of information monitoring and development of GGNI till 1.09.2014 the list of persons designated by the order responsible for providing the procedure of suspension/blocking and/or restoring access to the reporting subjects to electronic tax services.

4. Recognize as invalid items 1 and appendix to the Order of the Main state tax authorities No. 183 of 30.03.2012 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for submission of tax reports in electronic form" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 76-80, the Art. 522).
