Art. 1. - Establish since May 1, 2002 monthly public welfare payment to the receivers of the pensions established in the public pension system, living in the villages of Kochiyer, Koshnitsa, Dorotskaya, Molovata Noue and Pyryta.

Art. 1-1. - Establish since January 1, 2004 monthly public welfare payment to the receivers of the pensions established in the public pension system, living in Kopank's commune.

Art. 1-2. – Establish since July 1, 2014 monthly public welfare payment to the receivers of the pensions established in the public pension system, living in communes Fyrleden, Korzhova and villages Saltworks, Hadzhimus.
