I DECIDE:

1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 16, 2009 No. 871 "About approval of Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement about execution of the republican budget" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2009, No. 39, Art. 378; 2010, No. 38, Art. 326) following change and amendment:

in the Rules of creation and submission of the annual statement about execution of the republican budget approved by the above-named Decree:

add Item 9 with part two of the following content:

"The analytical report about accomplishment of republican budget programs by administrators of budget programs and budget programs is created on the basis of the departmental classification of expenses of the budget constituted by means of group of administrators of budget programs and budget programs.";

state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. The central authorized body on budget implementation no later than April 1 of the year following reporting submits the annual statement about execution of the republican budget for accounting financial year in the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the central authorized body on state planning and bodies of the state financial control according to the requirements established by Items 6-9 of these rules.".

2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
