About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582 "About the basic principles of determination of the rent in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and about Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3821; 2011, No. 26, Art. 3812; No. 35, Art. 5084; No. 44, Art. 6281; 2014, No. 3, Art. 289; No. 9, Art. 916).

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 1, 2015.

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582

1. In preamble of the word "with Articles 22 and 65 of the Land code of the Russian Federation" shall be replaced with words "with the Land code of the Russian Federation".
