About popular initiative of review of the Constitution
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In this law the popular initiative of review of the Constitution is understood as the right of initiation of review of the Constitution by the citizens of the Republic of Moldova having the right to vote in number of at least 200000.
The purpose of this law is establishment of the procedural regulations concerning realization of popular initiative of review of the Constitution.
(1) the Popular initiative of review of the Constitution is drawn up in the form of the bill on introduction of amendments to the Constitution which shall not have general character.
(2) the Bill on introduction of amendments to the Constitution shall not break the principle of unity of content, that is between all elements of the Constitution the internal interrelation shall remain.
