For the purpose of implementation of the order of the Government KR of August 5, 2014 "About approval of the Actions plan of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic on implementation of the Actions plan ("road map") on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs Union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of May 29, 2014 No. 74" I order to No. 445:

1. Approve the Actions plan (road map) on accession of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Customs Union of the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation (appendix No. 1).

2. To responsible heads of the organizations of health care:

- establish the personal responsibility for strict execution of the above-approved Actions plan;

- to report on each fact of objective non-execution of actions in the Ministry of Health of the KR;

- about the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan to provide monthly information in the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic and department of public health care of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic to the 20th day of every month.

3. Consider No. 382 which voided the order of the Ministry of Health of the KR of July 7, 2014 "About approval of the Plan of the Ministry of Health for implementation of actions of "road map" on accession of the KR to the Customs Union".

4. I impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of health care Kaliyev M. T.
