Regulations on board of the Military-industrial commission of the Russian Federation

1. The board of the Military-industrial commission of the Russian Federation (further respectively - board, the Commission) is permanent body under the Government of the Russian Federation for the solution of the current questions of activities of the Commission.

2. The board in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws, acts of the President of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Russian Federation, international treaties of the Russian Federation, and also this Provision and decisions of the Commission.

3. The board performs the activities in government relations of the Russian Federation and the public authorities of subjects of the Russian Federation, public associations, the organizations of defense industry complex and other organizations participating in accomplishment of the state defense order.

4. The main objectives of board are:

a) coordination of activities of federal executive bodies for the following questions:

realization of state policy in the field of defense industry complex;

development of science and technologies for the benefit of military technical supply of defense of the country, safety of the state and law-enforcement activities;

control of export of products of military and dual purpose;
