1. Approve criteria by which the risk degree from implementation of economic activity on medical practice is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) by the Ministry of Health which are applied is determined.
2. Bring in appendix to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 10, 2008 No. 843 "About approval of criterion on which the risk degree from implementation of activities in the field of health care for safety of life and health of the population is estimated and frequency of implementation of planned actions of the state supervision (control) is determined" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 72, Art. 2427; 2011, No. 84, Art. 3060), following changes:
The subitem 1 of Item 1 to exclude 1);
Paragraph two of Item 3 to exclude 2).
