About modification and amendments in some orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 953 of September 7, 2001. "About reorganization of Management of the Credit line (Technical unit) of the World Bank in Management of the Credit line under the Ministry of Finance" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, Art. No. 110-111, 1001), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes:

To exclude 1) in the name of the Resolution of the word "under the Ministry of Finance";

To exclude 2) in the Resolution in Items 1 and 2 of the word "under the Ministry of Finance";

3) in appendix to the Resolution:

in the name of the Provision of the word "under the Ministry of Finance" to exclude;

2. In the Order of the Government No. 1265 of November 14, 2008. "About regulation of activities of the Ministry of Finance" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 208-209, 1278), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

1) in the Resolution:

in Item 1:

to state the paragraph of the sixth in the following edition:

"The list of public organizations, state companies and joint-stock companies in which the Ministry of Finance acts as the founder, according to appendix No. 5";

word in paragraph seven "the state companies and" to exclude;

in Item 2 of figure "536" to replace with figures "540";

2) in appendix No. 1:
