About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Provide to the public fiscal service carrying out inventory count of the real estate which is in state-owned property and used for ensuring functioning and operation of check points through frontier for automobile communication in a month.

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In paragraph three of Item 8 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 22, 1994 No. 100 "About condition of accomplishment of decisions of the President of Ukraine and the Government concerning observance of requirements of the boundary and customs legislation of" the word "to frontier, is assigned to the Ministry of transport (check points for railway, sea, river, ferry and air traffic) and on the State Customs Committee (check points for automobile communication)" shall be replaced with words "to frontier (except arrangement by engineering, technical means for implementation boundary, customs and other types of control), is assigned to the Ministry of infrastructure".

2. In Item 3 of the Procedure of coordination of activities of executive bodies and local government bodies concerning the observance of the modes on frontier approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 1999 No. 48 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 1999, No. 3, Art. 94; 2003, No. 31, Art. 1617, No. 37, Art. 1981; 2010, No. 41, Art. 1350; 2012, No. 45, Art. 1761):
