1. Item 3 of the Section XV of Rules of hearing of cases on violation of requirements of the legislation in the security market and applications of the sanctions approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 16, 2012 No. 1470, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 5, 2012 for No. 1855/22167 (with changes), after the words "seal of the legal entity" to add with words "(in the presence)".

2. To provide to management of law enforcement (N. Gerasimenko) submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To provide to management of information technologies (A. Zaik) promulgation of this decision on the official site of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

4. (A. Zbarazhskaya) to provide to management of internal audit and communications publication of this decision in the official printing publication of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

5. This decision becomes effective along with entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of April 15, 2014 No. 1206-VII "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of procedure for opening of business", but not earlier than day of official publication.
