About modification of Rules of hearing of cases about violation of requirements of the legislation in the security market and applications of sanctions
According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" and for the purpose of enhancement of the legislation the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:
1. Bring in Rules of hearing of cases about violation of requirements of the legislation in the security market and applications of the sanctions approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of October 16, 2012 No. 1470, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 5, 2012 for No. 1855/22167, the following changes:
1) to add the Section I with new Item of the following content:
"15. The current of term about the direction of above-mentioned documents and appeals of the resolution on imposing of the sanction for offense in the security market begins from the next day after the corresponding calendar date or approach of event with which its beginning is connected.
The term determined for years expires in the corresponding month and number of the last year of this term.
The term determined for months expires in the corresponding number of the last month of this term.
If the termination of the term determined for months falls on month which has no corresponding number, then term expires in the last day of this month.
Last afternoon of term which comes to an end with specifying for certain day this day is considered.
If the termination of term falls on output, festive or other non-working day, the first is after it the working day last afternoon of term.
Current of term which termination is connected with event which shall come inevitably, comes to an end next day after approach of event.
