About modification of the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits

According to Articles 6, 42 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", Articles 19, of 20, 25 Laws of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", for the purpose of ensuring depositor protection of banks and in view of the decision of Council of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 11, 2014 27, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides No.:

1. Bring in Chapter 1 of the Regulations on crediting by the National Bank of Ukraine of Fund of the guaranteeing household deposits approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of March 18, 2013 No. 95, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 3, 2013 on No. 543/23075 (with changes), the following changes:

The word "short-term" to exclude 1) in Item 1.3;

Paragraph one of Item 1.7 to state 2) in the following edition:

"1.7. The loan interest rate of Fund is established at the level of discount rate of National Bank and during action of the credit agreement is not subject to adjustment".

2. The credit agreements and agreements of pledge signed by the National Bank of Ukraine with Fund of guaranteeing household deposits before day of entry into force of this resolution are subject to reduction in compliance with requirements of Item 1 of this resolution (regarding price adjustment of the credit and sufficiency of providing).

3. To general department of monetary policy (Scherbakova O. A.) bring contents of this resolution to the attention of Operation management and Fund of guaranteeing household deposits for use in work.

4. The resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
