About approval of form and determination of terms of submission of the performance report of budgets of the state trust funds
According to Article 166 of the Budget code of the Republic of Uzbekistan I order:
1. Approve report form about budget implementation of the state trust fund according to appendix.
2. Determine that bodies - managers of the state trust funds submit the performance report of the budget of the state trust fund in form according to appendix:
a) in the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan - monthly no later than the 15th following month under report;
b) in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
the quarterly statement on execution of budgets of the state trust funds - in the terms determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
the annual statement about execution of budgets of the state trust funds - till April 1 of the year following after accounting year.
3. The explanatory note is attached to the performance report of budgets of the state trust funds. The main performance indicators of activities of the state trust funds, major factors which influenced course of execution of budgets of the state trust funds, the reasons of failure to carry out of forecast indicators of budgets of the state trust funds are given in the explanatory note.
4. This order is approved with the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition.
5. This Order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
