About introduction of amendments to the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of December 19, 2003 No. 21-1
According to part three of article 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance", to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 6, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment by insurers and insured persons of fees on obligatory national pension insurance in the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of December 19, 2003 No. 21-1, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 16, 2004 for No. 64/8663, which are applied.
2. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
