About modification and recognition voided some orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine

According to the subitem 64 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 8, 2011 No. 446, and for the purpose of unification of forms of the conclusions issued by regular and accredited experts of the State gemological center of Ukraine I order:

1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 29, 1997 No. 19 "About approval: rates for the works connected with conducting examination and training of gemology experts from precious, semiprecious and decorative stones; forms of the conclusions by results of examination of precious, semiprecious and decorative stones, the Certificate form, and also Regulations on accreditation of gemology experts of precious, semiprecious and decorative stones", No. 72/1876 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 6, 1997 (with changes), the following changes:

To declare 1) invalid Item 2;

2) to add the order after Item 3 with new item 4 of the following content:

"4. Approve forms of the conclusions by results of examination of gemological objects which are issued by regular and accredited experts of the State gemological center of Ukraine (appendix 10, of 11).".

With respect thereto to consider Items 4-6 respectively Items 5-7;

3) to add the order with appendices 10, of 11, which are applied.

2. Approve the Change to Regulations on accreditation of gemology experts of precious, semiprecious and decorative stones approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 29, 1997 No. 19, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 6, 1997 for No. 72/1876, which are applied.
