agreed as follows:

Article 1

For the purposes of the this Protocol the main terms and their determinations established in article 2 of the Agreement on payment procedure and transfers of export customs duties (other duties, taxes and fees having equivalent action) when exporting from the territory of the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Customs union of crude oil and the separate types of goods developed from oil of December 9, 2010 are used (further – the Agreement).

Article 2

From January 1 to December 31, 2015 in case of commodity exportation out of limits of customs area of the Customs union from the territory of the Republic of Belarus the paid (collected) amounts of export customs duties, penalty fee are in full transferred by authorized body of the Republic of Belarus into the budget of the Republic of Belarus in US dollars.
