1. Make changes which are applied to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 16, 2011 No. 1201 "About approval of the Procedure of mandatory engineering supervision of tractors, self-propelled chassis, self-propelled farm, road-building and meliorative vehicles, agricultural machinery, other mechanisms" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 92, the Art. 3334).

Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Regulations on the procedure for certification of the tractor operator-driver approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 2, 1994 No. 217 (ZP of Ukraine, 1994, No. 7, Art. 187; Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2009, Art. No. 28 938, No. 92, Art. 3115; 2010, No. 74, Art. 2625; 2011, No. 85, Art. 3102):
