About some measures for support of producers of fruit

For the purpose of reduction of negative impact on producers of fruit of the restrictions introduced by the Russian Federation, the Government DECIDES:

1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry on provision of financial aid of fruit to producers in the following sizes for one kilogram of goods sold to processing enterprises:

a) plums of early grades – leu 1,2;

b) apples of summer and autumn grades-1,5 of leu.

2. Determine that provision of financial aid will be performed through intervention and payments Agency in the field of agricultural industry based on the Provision approved by the Government.

3. To the Ministry of Agriculture and food industry and Ministry of Finance:

a) identify necessary financial resources for provision of financial aid, both at the expense of the government budget, and at the expense of external donors;

b) develop and submit to the Government for approval within 10-day term the project of the Regulations on procedure for provision of financial aid of fruit to producers.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture and the food industry.
